Starting the afternoon of September 28, a special crack down surveillance in search for North Korean military escapees is in the process, in the towns and villages near the Sino-Korean border areas. Whether this surveillance is to arrest the military personnel who recorded the video of interrogation of a woman is yet to be revealed.
A Chinese police officer said, “the surveillance intensified in search for a military possessing a gun whose name is Park 00. It seemed as though he is not simply a soldier who escaped with a gun, but an important military personnel.”
Accordingly, on August 28, the surveillance activity was conducted in all the villages and towns, house inspection was conducted until the midnight, and police inspections are conducted in all the major roads from Longjing city to Yanji, China, where all the movers, people and automobiles going in and out of the city are stopped for inspection.
As of now, August 29, the Chinese Police are searching for North Korean military personnel without information on his rank or affiliation, carrying around his picture in their hands.
