[imText1]North Korean People’s Army(KPA)’s ideology education document is reported by the Chosun Ilbo, South Korean daily newspapers, on Tuesday.
The document is titled ‘To prepare for the development of current situation’ and written in order to tighten discipline among KPA officers and generals, especially to warn.
Inside the document, officers of the KPA are urged ‘not to forget their proletarian duty as the vanguard of socialist protection,’ and they are expected by ‘Dear Supreme Commander to destroy the enemy’s every move at one stroke.’

Then the document continues that the six-party talks is the ‘most deceptive appeasement tactics,’ and ‘the tactics is often used by the rapacious American imperialists to disintegrate their enemies before invasion.’
According to the article, North Korea developed nuclear weapon for the purpose of self-defense because ‘the vicious American gang leader Bush labeled us one of the axis of evil and rogue states, and declared not to have conversation with us unless his sinister conditions were met.’
The document says the United States bewildered after the North’s declaration of possession of nuclear weapon and then started to yield to Pyongyang.
Therefore the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice ‘recognized North Korea as a sovereign state and confirmed not to invade Pyongyang during her visit to Beijing last July.’ And even South Korea, ‘a puppet of America flattered and kneeled to us.’
Also the document does not forget to warn ‘the South Korean puppet regime’s preparation for invasion’ to the North. South Korea, the article says, is modernizing its army under the pretext of self defense to devastate the North.
Readers are urged to focus on winning over the enemies day and night. ‘It is most silly,’ the document concludes, ‘to expect mercy from the enemy of two-hundred years of belligerence.’
