▲ One Seoul citizen lays a chrysanthemum in tribute to the 47 sailors who died in the attack on the Cheonan.

“The Cheonan 47”, a memorial to the 46 sailors and one navy diver who died as a result of North Korea’s torpedo attack on the Cheonan on March 26th, 2010 has been established in the square at the end of Cheongyecheon to take floral tributes and messages of condolence.

The memorial is expected to remain in place until the 25th.
