[imText1]On the 19th, Rodong Shimun posted a spokesman statement of the Ministry of People’s Security that, “All kinds of intrigues and maneuvers against the republic would be exactly counted”.
During a talk, the spokesman asserted that, “The enemies including the U.S, and Japan are expending their offensive propaganda intrigues to push North Korea as a ‘crime country, or an ‘illegal country’ step by step by affixing ‘human rights’, ‘drug’ and ‘counterfeit dollars’ to our republic.
No fire, no smoke. It is because not only every North Korean but also international society know that Kim Jong Il instructed human rights abuses against North Koreans, to manufacture drugs and counterfeit dollars as government businesses.
According to a law, it is right that the Ministry of People’s Security arrests Kim Jong Il as soon as possible. No. Probably an arrest is not needed. What’s more, a trial should be held according to the 3.1 declaration of the Ministry of People’s Security.
Kim Jong Il, the ‘True Culprit’ of Illegal Drug Manufacturing
It is the truth, not a fake that at the level of the government, North Korea has pursued such international crimes as human rights abuses, drug manufacturing and counterfeit dollars.
It is not to mention that the human rights of North Koreans have been abused contemptuously, being treated like animals in North Korean prisons. It is true that public execution by a firing squad, travels, freedom of movement, and freedom of assembly as well as the right to live have been surpressed
Drug manufacturing is the same case. In November 1990, according to Kim Jong Il’s direct instruction the Labor Party, the Military Committee and the Foreign Currency Department have cultivated white bellflowers (a cant of opium), and nicotine of opium.
Until recently, drug abuser cases of North Koreans gradually have increased. After foreign sale routes were blocked, they themselves have inhaled the opium.
If so, the Ministry of People’s Security should arrest a ‘true culprit’ who instructed to manufacture drugs. Every sing person, if he or she is the people of ‘the Democratic People´s Republic of Korea, knows that it is the very Kim Jong Il who ordered to cultivate white bellflowers business.
As being revealed in the spokesman statement, the Ministry of People’s Security has a right to strongly respond to this. Not arresting a true culprit. although the Ministry of People’s Security which is responsible for its own national security knows who the true culprit is and has exact material evidence and documents, is dereliction of its duty.
To protect its national security, the Ministry of People’s Security should arrest Kim Jong Il and hold a court according to a law. If not so, the ‘declaration’ of the government should be rejected.
If the Kim Jong Il’s regime is swayed, foremost the Ministry of People’s Security might be attacked by North Koreans. Even from now on, for the attack the Ministry of People’s Security had better stand on the North Koreans’ side.
