Koreas Heading Back to Talks Table

Following lengthy negotiations, the two Koreas have agreed to hold working-level talks at 10AM on the 6th at Tongilgak, a building in the Panmunjom truce village. North and South will meet to discuss the future of the Kaesong Industrial Complex.

According to a Ministry of Unification official, North Korea sent notification at 8:35PM this evening outlining its agreement to hold the talks this Saturday. The original suggestion came from the South Korean side earlier in the day, following yesterday’s North Korean decision to allow South Korean businessmen to visit the zone.
