Korea issues &#8220;emergency order&#8221; to arrest locals who violate nighttime curfew"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">North Korean authorities issued an emergency order to the Ministry of Social Security early this month calling for sweeping arrests of locals who violate the nighttime curfew, according to a source.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A source in North Hamgyong Province told Daily NK on Tuesday that, on Oct. 8, police boxes in Hoeryong received an order to arrest locals who violate the nighttime curfew.
