Snyder further said that \u201cNorth Korea applies tough measures to South Korea and at the same time resumes direct talks with the US and Japan\u201d and \u201cthis is intended to come between South Korea and the U.S.\u2019s relationship.\u201d <\/p>\n
This analysis is derived from North Korea\u2019s recent behavior, trying for a third round of North Korean-US diplomatic talks and hopes of making better the abductees issue with Japan.
