North Korea’s state news agency, Chosun Central News Agency (KCNA) announced a special announcement scheduled to take place at 3PM today, April 25th. No further news was included in the announcement.
However, while the announcement immediately raised fears of a 3rd nuclear test, it appears that it was only intended to announce broadcast coverage of a Party meeting at the April 25th Palace of Culture to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chosun People’s Army.
