North Korea has strongly condemned Database Center for North Korean Human Rights' recently published 2013 White Paper on North Korean Human Rights, judging it an insult to their ¡°dignity and structure.¡±

Representative for the Chosun Human Rights Research Society relayed through Chosun Central News Agency on the 3rd that, ¡°The conservative puppet gangs' publication of the 2013 White Paper on North Korean Human Rights is a political affront to our dignity and structure, and is naught but traitorous, rash behavior aimed at stoking North-South conflict.¡±

¡°Whatever this ¡®white paper¡¯ with its ¡®human rights abuses¡¯ may be called, it is a plot and fabrication by foul, criminal fugitives who have abandoned their families, all for the price of a few pennies.¡±

It was further emphasized that, ¡°This insult toward our regime and dignity will not in the least bit be forgiven.¡±

The White Paper includes testimonies related to crimes committed at guard posts on the border and numerous human rights violations.
