No Agreement, But Third Date Set

Today’s round of inter-Korean working-level meetings on the future of the Kaesong Industrial Complex concluded moments ago without any agreement being reached.

A Ministry of Unification official released the news, saying, “The general meeting that began at 5:40PM ended after four minutes. There was no agreement.”

The final meeting followed another general meeting this morning, as well as three rounds of meetings between delegation heads.

The two Koreas agreed to meet again in five days time, on July 15th.
