South Korean President Lee has convened an emergency meeting of the National Security Council (NSC) following North Korea's long-range rocket launch.
Presidential spokesman Park Jung Ha stated that President Lee headed to the crisis management room immediately after North Korea launched the rocket for a detailed briefing, and convened the NSC emergency meeting at 10:30AM.
